Gaining Focus- Stephanie G Blog Designs!

Over the holidays I had a couple of rough days where I felt kind of useless. A lot of the thoughts that I had over that time led me to my word of FOCUS for 2012, but in addition to that I decided I needed to do something for myself. I wanted to focus my talents that God has given me and gain a little happiness doing something that I really loved… enter blog/graphic design.

Since I have been blogging I have been designing my own blog, diving deeper and deeper into HTML and learning all of the ins and outs of blogger. While doing all of this, I found a love for graphic design and even better, I discovered I was kind of good at it. I loved creating new things, seeing my designs come to life. I loved being able to design new headers and layouts based on the season or family dynamic at that time. I love using design and layouts to reiterate what I was typing everyday in my blog.

While doing a little soul searching I decided to focus… on graphic/blog design. I put together all of the pieces and decided to try my hand at actually designing blogs as a business. To make a little extra money at something I already LOVE to do. To pass on the joy I get to others whenever I make over my own blog and hopefully allow bloggers to be proud and excited to share their blogs!

So, Stephanie G Designs is now in business! I have already completed two design makeovers and I had SO much fun doing them both, and even better- I love the way they turned out and so did the bloggers!
