1. Munchkin Nursery Projector and Sound System
This was also one of my 2-year favorites for E, and we still love it! We have two, one for E’s room and one that is currently in our room for A, but will move to her room with her… hopefully soon! The white noise sound on this is awesome, there is also a timer that you can set and it will go off or you can leave it and it will stay on all night, which is what we do. In addition- there is a nightlight and a projector with 3 different scenes you can put on the ceiling. I have recommended this to friend who love it also!
2. Zippered Sleepers
Lifesaver in the middle of the night- no one wants to mess with buttons at 2am!
3. Fisher-Price Cradle ‘N Swing
Our swing is great! We had it with E and loved it and it is still great with baby A. I love that you can rotate the swing to rock back & forth or side to side.
4. Fisher-Price Deluxe Newborn Rock n Play Sleeper
We decided to buy this for Baby A after our newborn sleeping experience with E almost drove us insane! I like that it’s in a slight incline position for reflux and that it’s easily moveable. We have it by our bed for nighttime, and I often pull it into the bathroom with me while I take a shower so she can sleep- I think she likes the white noise sound of the shower as well.
5. Organic Reusable Nursing Pads
I had 12 sets of these pads with E and I am using these again with baby A. I still love them! They are soft, absorbant and I just throw them in the wash with the girls clothes- much better than the sticky disposable plastic pads.
6. Diaper Champ
Still a favorite- easy to use and it doesn’t require any special bags, just your standard garbage bags! (We have the old design, which we found at a consignment sale- the new design doesn’t have as great of reviews).
7. ibaby breastfeeding app
This was a great app for those first few weeks when you are a zombie and need to know which side you fed off of last, how many wet & dirty diapers little one has, and long they ate. You can use it for bottle or breastfeeding, you can edit entries so if you forget to turn it off, like I often did you can go back and edit the time, and you can add entries at a later time. The only thing it doesn’t have, that I wish it did is a sleeping tracker.
8. Lansinoh or any Lanolin Cream
A must for sore, breastfeeding moms
9. Burts Bees baby line
The smell, oh how I love the smell of these products. They are also great for sensitive skin!
