I’m here to share friends!
Since I’ve been a mommy all of what, five weeks now, I figured I am an expert on all things mommy 🙂 NOT.
I’m no expert here, but I think over the last five weeks I’ve learned what I like. I wanted to share with you because when I am looking for something I always ask friends and family for their favorites. I also read reviews like crazy. Eventually I want to create a page with all of my favorites on it so visitors can reference back to it, but for now, this will have to do!
So here it is-
My Diaper Champ

I am loving our Diaper Champ. It’s easy to use, holds a ton of diapers (newborn size so far), doesn’t emit and odor and best of all- it uses regular trash bags. That’s right- we don’t have to buy any special bags, we just use our regular 13 gallon bags that we buy for the kitchen!

I LOVE these nursing pads! I bought a six pack off of Etsy because I really didn’t want to deal with having to buy the disposable pads. These absorb any excess milk, they’re soft and comfortable to wear, super cute, and I just throw them in the wash!

This is how I get things done around the house. There are days when E just doesn’t want to be put down. So I wrap her in my Moby and carry her around with me while I do laundry, dishes, and just clean up a little.

I really wanted a stylish diaper bag that would function as a diaper bag and purse when needed. This JJ Cole bag is perfect! It has a lot of room, is super stylish, and comes with a matching coin purse and changing pad.

At this time, we really only use this for a changing table (in this photo it’s hanging over the side) but it has been super convenient and E loves it. She is generally happy when we put her on the changing table and will lie there contently doing her… ahem, business. We keep it in the living room so we don’t have to go into her nursery every time she needs changing.
Koala Baby Deluxe Plush Sheet Savers
For just $8.99 each you can save a little of your sanity. We bought a couple of these sheet savers and keep one on the matress at all times. E has had a couple of blowouts in the middle of the night and with these, we simply untie it and throw it in the laundry and tie another on. I love this because we don’t have to change the whole crib!
I love this pump. It is super quality and is quick and easy to use.
There it is! Have a wonderful Monday!

Awesome list! There are so many options out there! Trying to decide on a paint color is hard enough…I will definitely be looking into some of these things…thanks for sharing!
I have the Medela Pump in Style and I love it! I am going to have to try using etsy to buy reusable breast pads. Right now I am using some that I bought from target but I’m not too impressed with them.
You make such a beautiful mother!!! Love all these things, too! Hubs nixed my stylish diaper bag idea, but with two kids under two we need a massive duffel-like bag anyway! : ) at least it’s cool and a skip-hop. Congrats, by the way! – welcome to the beautiful gift of motherhood!
Hi Stephanie, congratulations on motherhood. What a sweet little girl you have! =)
I am sooo getting a Moby the next time around! I have a JJ Cole diaper bag that I love, but it isn’t nearly as stylish as yours. I had no idea JJ Cole made ones like that. So I just might need one of those next time too. 🙂
Mommyhood appears to be treating you very well!
