These treats are super easy and fun to make. I gave them out to the women here in my office!
I cut down a sheet of clear transparency to 5 1/2 x 4 1/4. Place a piece of 2-sided tape on the short side and roll it over, making a tube. Using sticky dots (make sure they are permanent to plastic), secure one end of the tube. Fill it with candy and secure the other end of the tube perpedicular to the opposite end. Add ribbon and and embellishment as you would like!
